About You

 

  • Advanced written & spoken language skills

  • Ability to follow instructions

  • Detailed in being able to spot subtle errors

  • Software savvy to navigate software platforms

  • Customer focused

  • Able to work with globally distributed teams

  • Conversant with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Highly organized, with attention to detail

  • Effective time management, multitasking and prioritisation skills a must

  • Strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation and positive attitude

 

The Role

 

We’re looking for a people who love getting into the detail. We want people who are willing to learn, are coachable and have a passion for success.

We’ll need you to search ad copy, evaluate it to ensure it meets quality standards (correct grammar, word usage, etc) and perform other checks in the platforms that may pop up.

 

Experience

 

  • Educated to degree level

  • Minimum one year’s experience in data entry, quality assurance or customer service

  • Experience (or desire) of working in a start-up environment. 

  • ​​​Experience of programmatic or SAAS platforms an advantage

  • Advanced language skills
