Experience

 

We’re looking for experienced people that can bring something extra to the table. You’d ideally have some of the following…

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, or with one year’s relevant and referenecable work experience in a similar role within digital marketing, advertising or other SAAS products

  • Experience (or desire) of working in a start-up environment.

  • Must be advanced / proficient in English – Additional Language skills a plus.

  • Able to work with globally distributed teams

  • Conversant with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Able to work with globally distributed teams

  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Some experience in a sales or customer facing environment.

  • Must be highly organized, with attention to detail

  • Effective time management, multitasking and prioritisation skills a must

  • Experience of social media channels – Linked-In, Twitter etc.

  • Strong desire to work in a dynamic, responsive, fast-paced sales organization

  • Comfort and confidence interacting with prospects, with timely follow-up and urgency

  • Ability to build a strong working relationship and credibility with both the prospect and the Sales Team

  • Strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation and positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for a wide range of activities including but not limited to:

  • Targeting Publishers within target industry sectors and geographies

  • Generating meetings by speaking to decision makers over the phone / email.

  • Conduct research into the target companies to ‘get under the skin’ and understand the pain points facing the client.

  • Work as part of the sales and marketing team to follow and Account Based Approach to targeting and acquiring new clients.

  • Attend some sales meetings to increase your understanding of the product / services / sales cycle / clients.

  • Will assist in building call scripts, email templates, and other collateral for outbound sales campaigns.

  • Help manage CRM and produce reporting in CRM for management.

  • Build up a keen understanding of stakeholders, identify and recognize prospect traits and determine how to effectively influence their decision

  • Support demand generation efforts and provide support in marketing events.

  • Stay current on industry / technical trends, development.
